The Massage

While massaging your baby, you stimulate all the senses of the baby and establish a more intense visual and tactile communication. By speaking to your baby in a soft calm voice, you are also involving the baby's sense of hearing.

Comfort is important for both you and the baby.

The temperature of the room should be comfortable for the baby.

The oils used should be natural: olive oil, almond oil or vegetable oil. Do not use oil on the face or the head.
