Lois has taught Nurturing and Parenting classes and baby Massage since 1987, working independently for self and for institutions including: Y.M.C.A.(Hillsborough and Charlotte Counties), Metropolitan Ministries, Tampa, FL., for the State of Florida (then the H.R.S. (Health and Rehabilitation Services), now D.C.F. (Department of Children and Families), and for I.D.E.A.s, Inc., Ft. Myers, Florida.
Lois has taught seminars and led conferences and workshops on various child related subjects including parenting skills, child discipline and the benefits of Baby Massage to various civic organizations including the Charlotte County School Board, Charlotte County Child Care Association, The Charlotte County Guardian Ad Litem Advocacy Program, and the Charlotte County Y.M.C.A.
Lois is not a licensed massage therapist but a trained baby massage coach, coaching parents on the benefits and techniques of infant stimulation and baby massage. Lois does not touch your baby but offers instruction and guidance and coaches you through your baby massage experience.
